Our Smart Entry is a Bluetooth electronic lock and access control system that allows you to access our self-storage facility and your storage unit from your smartphone or smart device. With Tesla technology inside every unit controller and an electronic lock and motion sensor INSIDE every door, this is also a security solution that truly innovates how you think about protecting your belongings. Your lock monitors any motion or heat inside your storage space and reports any detection to you directly.

Another great feature of our system is digital key sharing, where you can use your app on your phone to grant temporary unit access to a friend, family member or anyone else who needs access from your storage unit. The digital key can be revoked at any time, and an activity log keeps track of exactly when the unit was accessed during the key sharing timeframe.

Find My Unit

Forget which unit is yours? When you hit "locate my unit" from the app home screen, the unit will start making a sound and then blinking for about 15 seconds to help you find your unit quickly. This is a great feature for new renters, shared key user, and for tenants that don't visit their unit often.

No Gate Codes or Keys to Forget

Let's face it, gate codes are forgotten and keys are misplaced more often than not.

With smart entry and this external lock, you do not have to remember a key or a gate code as you can access the facility and their unit using their smartphone - and who doesn't carry their phone everywhere they go these days?

Your units can also be locked remotely in the event they forget to lock it.

Fully Automated Move-In

Once we are up and running you can shop for the unit you need online, pay for the unit, and complete the entire onboarding process in minutes.

A digital key is then automatically sent, allowing you to access to your facility and your unit using your mobile phone - 24/7.

EZ Share Access

You have the ability to instantly “share” (and revoke) customized access and well as manage your digital key with anyone you choose from anywhere in the world –lots of flexibility for you to share your “key”, while maintaining trackability.

Access can be revoked remotely by you anytime.

Advanced Digital Security

The entire premise, including all unit accesses, are under 24/7 digital security camera surveillance.

The system is monitored for motion and suspicious activity.

Content Protection

Unlike our competitors your contents are protected up to $2,000 at no additional cost. You may elect an increase to $3,000 or $5,000 for a small additional cost.

This allows you to BreathEZ knowing that your contents are protected in the event of an unfortunate incident.
